Jambars FC Code of Conduct: Fostering Growth, Respect, and Unity


At Jambars FC, we believe in the transformative power of soccer, where talent, coaching, and parental support create limitless potential. Our mission is to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and positive environment that prioritizes player development and enjoyment, both on and off the field.

Jambars FC Parents and Players Will:


  • Embody our core values in all interactions.
  • Communicate positively, focusing on encouragement and constructive feedback.
  • Celebrate effort and improvement over solely focusing on outcomes.
  • Exhibit exemplary game behavior, serving as positive role models.
  • Provide unconditional support as dedicated fans of all players.
  • Promote adherence to the rules of the game.
  • Actively contribute to a culture free from verbal and physical abuse.
  • Value all training sessions and games as essential for development.
  • Encourage consistent home training to enhance skills.
  • Foster responsibility by ensuring players manage their equipment and punctuality.
  • Promote teamwork and mutual support among players.
  • Demonstrate self-discipline at all times.

Jambars FC Parents and Players Will Not:


  • Coach from the sidelines, allowing coaches to lead effectively.
  • Undermine coaches, players, parents, or the spirit of fair play.
  • Interrupt coaches during practices or games, respecting their focus.
  • Prioritize winning above player development and enjoyment.
  • Engage in disrespectful behavior towards referees, players, or parents from any team.

Opponents are essential partners in the game, not enemies.

Referees are human and deserve respect, even when mistakes occur.


Respect is a cornerstone of Jambars FC, demonstrating strength of character.

Commitment to Player-Centered Development:


We recognize that Jambars FC's "player-centered approach" develops vital life skills alongside soccer proficiency. As partners in this process, parents and players commit to upholding this Code of Conduct.


By participating in Jambars FC, parents and players agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the team or club, depending on the severity of the offense.

Program Refund/Payment Policy:


  • No Refunds: Jambars FC does not offer refunds for program non-completion, regardless of the reason.
  • Registration Insurance: Optional insurance is available during registration to protect against unforeseen circumstances, such as injuries.
  • Payment Plans: Players on payment plans must maintain current accounts. Delinquent accounts will result in a 72-hour notification period to rectify the balance. Failure to do so will lead to the player's card being pulled and suspension from all club activities until payment is received.
  • Financial Obligations: By accepting a position and completing registration, players and their representatives agree to pay the full program tuition.
  • Non-Compliance: Failure to meet financial obligations will result in the player being placed "Not in Good Standing" with KSYSA, suspending playing privileges until all debts are settled. A $25 fee will be applied to returned payments.
  • Open Door Policy: Jambars FC maintains an "Open Door Policy." However, if a player chooses to leave the club, the full remaining tuition is still due. The player will be ineligible for registration with other KSYSA or USYSA clubs until all obligations are met.

Camp & Clinic Refund/Payment Policy:


Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations received more than three (3) weeks prior to the program start will incur a 33% cancellation fee.

Cancellations received less than three (3) weeks prior to the program start will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations received within seven (7) days of the program start will result in forfeiture of the entire camp fee.

Please understand that by registering for any of or programs, canps and/or clinics, you are giving Jambars FC & JFC Sports Inc, and its affiliates the permanent, royalty-free right to use your image and likeness in any media, for any purpose, without compensation. You are also releasing the JFC Sports Inc from any related claims. We encourage you to contact us with any questions.
