The Kansas Youth Soccer Association Board of Directors has approved changes that will take effect for the 2025-26 soccer year. These changes are to help level the procedure of KSYSA and other different soccer platforms such as ECNL, Elite 64, DA….

1) Players can re-sign with their current club team from the 2024-2025 Seasonal Year beginning on April 1st, 2025, and may place a deposit securing their spot with their current team without going through the tryout process.
2) A team may sign and take a deposit from any player after 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025.
3) Players new to a club can sign starting at 12:01 a.m. on May 27th, 2025. A player may sign without participation in a physical tryout to a new club if they have attended an "ID Event" and the club has followed the proper advertising and registration requirements.
For Returning Players:
- Returning players will have the opportunity to secure their spots for the 2025/26 season starting April 1st.
- On or before April 1st, you will receive an email containing your program's registration link.
- You will have until April 4th to accept or decline your offer.
- To accept, please follow the registration link, complete the form on our new 360Player platform (you may need to create a new account), and pay the $150 deposit to reserve your spot. The remaining balance of your chosen payment plan will begin on July 1, 2025.
- Please ensure you accept your offer and make the deposit by April 4th via your 360Player account.
For New Players:
- New player registration will begin on May 27th.
- We will conduct multiple Identification (ID) sessions throughout April and May.
- We will continue to hold ID sessions, a tryout camp, and additional sessions, culminating in final tryouts and signings on June 7th.

Prepare for the 2025/26 season! Returning players can confirm their place starting April 1, 2025. New players seeking a spot are encouraged to attend our spring ID camps, with signing opportunities beginning May 27, 2025. A final open tryout will be held June 7, 2025, to finalize rosters.
